Creams, Balms and Serums Class

In this class, you will learn about the layers of your skin, what is in commercial skincare products, and the benefits of creating your own skincare from natural ingredients. We will explore the differences between a cream, a balm and a serum. You will create 5 unique products to take home! You will formulate the base for each product and can tailor to suit your individual needs. Use essential or scented oils for fragrance, or leave fragrance-free. You have the option to create a vegan hand cream or add lanolin and bees wax to your creation.

In this class, you will create and take home 5 curated products:
- A day cream full of Australian Botanicals 
- A nourishing night cream 
- A pampering hand cream 
- An ingenious eye balm 
- 2 soothing face masks

The class will run for approximately 2.5 hours. You will be provided with all the ingredients and equipment you need to formulate your products. You will be provided with gorgeous packaging and unique labels to show off your creations in your own home or to family and friends. No experience necessary! 

This class is a pre-requisite for our next classes, “Cleansers” and “Actives”.
